Profile

Anna Rybicki was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Ms. Rybicki attended Illinois Wesleyan University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal music performance, magna cum laude, in 2000. She graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2003. Following law school, Ms. Rybicki completed a two-year clerkship with Michael J. Melloy, Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Ms. Rybicki is admitted to practice in Iowa, Illinois, the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
