Brad Brady
Profile
Brad Brady is a native of Anamosa, Iowa. He graduated from Cornell College in 1974, earning a Bachelor's degree in philosophy, summa cum laude. He graduated from University of Iowa College of Law, with Distinction in 1978. Mr. Brady has practiced law in Cedar Rapids, Iowa since graduation. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and commercial litigation. He also serves as a mediator for a variety of civil litigation disputes, including personal injury, insurance disputes, civil rights, employment, real estate and property damage disputes.
Mr. Brady is admitted to practice before the federal district courts for Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He previously has been admitted by court order and/or appeared pro hac vice in cases in: United States District Court for -
