NOTICE OF BTN+ CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT
The United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa has given final approval of a class action settlement for persons who purchased a soybean nutrient known as BTN+ between November 30, 2005 and December 31, 2006 from an AGP member cooperative. The Court also has appointed Brad J. Brady and Matthew L. Preston of Brady & O’Shea as class counsel. If you are a member of this class you could get a cash payment.
